phpun Terms & Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the website located at phpun.cam and all related services, features, content, and applications offered by phpun ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By creating a phpun account, accessing the Platform, or using any service provided therein, you ("User," "Player," "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the phpun platform and close any registered accounts you hold. Continued access to the Platform constitutes unambiguous acceptance of these Terms as currently published.

These Terms are supplemented by the phpun Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms and conditions, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player to access the phpun Platform and its real-money gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds and applicable bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.

• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

To access real-money gaming services on phpun, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and that you will promptly update such information if it changes.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the phpun Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phpun reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances associated therewith.

4.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phpun login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Specifically, you agree to:

• Never share your phpun account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Immediately notify phpun support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available and recommended.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

phpun will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from phpun that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

phpun is required to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of its players in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. You agree to submit any KYC documentation requested by phpun, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of your Account and restriction of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

All deposits to your phpun Account must be made through payment methods that are in your own name and that you are legally authorized to use. phpun accepts deposits via the following Philippine-based payment channels, subject to availability:

• GCash and PayMaya (Maya) e-wallets
• Direct bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank, and Landbank
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. phpun does not charge deposit fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which phpun accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests at phpun are processed subject to the following conditions:

• All applicable KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified phpun Account details.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be met in full before Real Money Funds equivalent to those bonus amounts may be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00 unless otherwise specified for a particular method.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within twenty-four (24) hours of request submission. Silver VIP members and above receive expedited processing. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts requiring additional verification.
• phpun reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further review, including but not limited to requests related to source of funds, identity confirmation, or bonus usage patterns.

phpun offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any promotion-specific terms published at the time each offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phpun reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion carries specific wagering requirements that must be satisfied before associated bonus winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are published clearly with each offer.
• phpun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies, arbitrage betting, or coordinated group play — constitutes bonus abuse. phpun reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings and close the Account of any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the phpun platform until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• In cases where a player holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds will be wagered first unless the platform settings specify otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phpun Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or transaction on the Platform.
• Collusion with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes, share information during live games, or coordinate wagering strategies in a manner prohibited by applicable game rules.
• Exploitation of bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in Platform software. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void. Players who discover such errors are required to report them to phpun support immediately.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of deposit transactions. Any player who initiates a fraudulent chargeback will have their Account permanently closed, and phpun will pursue recovery of funds through all available legal channels.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the phpun Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimize funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creation of multiple accounts, whether personally or through agents, nominees, or other individuals acting on your behalf.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with phpun.

All content on the phpun Platform — including but not limited to software, games, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, interface design, and data — is the exclusive property of phpun or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or any commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the express written consent of phpun.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phpun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

phpun's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises, or such lesser amount as may be permitted by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. phpun does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

phpun is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that enable players to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered phpun Account holders through their Account Settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you can set and adjust at any time. Decreases to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a continuous period exceeding your chosen threshold.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary Account suspensions of between 24 hours and 30 days, activatable at any time without requiring contact with support.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent closure of your phpun Account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months. phpun will make reasonable efforts to ensure excluded accounts are not reinstated prematurely.

phpun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or fraud notification from a payment provider;
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request;
• Voluntary request by the Account holder to close their Account or activate self-exclusion.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account (net of any applicable forfeitures) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any fraud or regulatory hold.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations pertaining to online gaming in the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and phpun, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the phpun support team. phpun will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith and in a timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within thirty (30) days of first notification, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

phpun reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The current effective version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly noted at the top of the document.

For material changes that may significantly affect your rights or obligations, phpun will provide advance notice via registered email or a prominent notification on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the phpun Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may close your Account by contacting phpun support.
